“Our study provides real-world evidence that the Restore Weight Management track supports meaningful fat loss while maintaining skeletal muscle mass, a critical factor for long-term metabolic health. While concerns about muscle loss have dominated headlines, our data show that individuals lost fat while preserving a healthy proportion of lean mass. This underscores the importance of tracking body composition—not just weight—when evaluating progress. With personalized coaching from Nurse Practitioners, clients not only achieve weight loss but do so in a way that supports strength, metabolic health and long-term success.”
