DERMAFLASH LUXE+ is a next-generation sonic dermaplaning service that leaves your skin smooth, radiant and free of peach fuzz (AKA vellus hair). Your Skin Health expert will begin by cleansing your face with PREFLASH® to remove surface oils and prepare your skin. After your skin has been cleansed and thoroughly dried, your Skin Health expert will glide the DERMAFLASH LUXE+ device over your skin to safely and gently remove the oldest layer of dead skin cells and peach fuzz—revealing fresh, radiant, younger-looking skin underneath. Removing this layer of buildup also removes the barrier to product penetration and enhances the efficacy of all skincare and facial treatments that follow.
After just one appointment you’ll see an instant fuzz-free glow and your makeup will glide on more smoothly. With regular Sonic Dermaplaning, you’ll see even more improvements to your skin. DERMAFLASH LUXE+ is clinically proven to help reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots over time.
There is no need to worry about thicker regrowth; Sonic dermaplaning does not change the hair follicle or affect the hair’s natural growth pattern in any way. Your peach fuzz will not grow back thicker, darker or differently.

Your hair will not grow back thicker or darker. LUXE+ removes peach fuzz from the skin’s surface and does not affect the hair follicle in any way. Your peach fuzz will grow back exactly the same way it came in.
Since LUXE+ Sonic Dermaplaning gently exfoliates your skin, in addition to removing peach fuzz, it’s best to avoid strong exfoliating ingredients for 48-72 hours after your service. You can, however, use your favorite hydrating serum, cream or mask right after your service to moisturize the skin.

The LUXE+ makes for a better application of your makeup but we recommend waiting 2 hours before a full application to give your skin time to breathe.
Yes, we can use this add-on service on the upper lip.
Razors use a sharp blade that can be harsh on facial skin and leave you with red, irritated skin for a few days. DERMAFLASH gently removes that top layer of dull, dead skin and peach fuzz using a proprietary edge with a safety casing to protect your skin from cuts.
Yes, you can use this add-on service with other skin care products. The LUXE+ allows for better application of your skincare products. However, during the service, you will be working on clean, dry skin.
This add-on service is safe for most skin types, but we do not recommend this for use over active acne. The device should also not be used on skin with psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, open sores, rash, sunburn or any type of cuts or abrasions.
After a LUXE+ Sonic Dermaplaning treatment, it is recommended to avoid direct sun exposure for at least 48-72 hours. As with any exfoliating treatment, it’s essential to wear broad-spectrum SPF 30 (or higher) every day. Any type of exfoliation reveals fresh skin that’s more vulnerable to sun damage. It’s crucial to protect your skin to maintain your results.
It is a myth that shaving or removing hair from your face will make it grow back differently. LUXE+ was specifically created for the delicate skin on a woman’s face. LUXE+ removes the top layer of dull, dead skin cells and built-up debris, with the added benefit of peach fuzz removal. It is scientifically proven that nothing you do to the surface of your skin can change the way your hair grows. Your peach fuzz will grow back exactly the same.
