At age 28, Zemer made a decision to chase his dream as a personal trainer and within ten years, he had fulfilled his destiny. He now offers workshops on nutrition and exercise to business executives and recently started taking the Instagram world by storm with his insightful grocery store analysis videos. Zemer’s valuable insights into how supplements, foods, and creating good habits (such as disconnecting from your phone) form a strong foundation for growth and longevity.
