Because we’re Star Wars™ nerds, this is a quick guide to the planets and locations depicted within the Star Wars universe, with loose relations to living the Hyper Wellness lifestyle!

Hoth: As seen in “The Empire Strikes Back,” Hoth plays host to a Rebel base which is eventually overtaken by the Imperial Army. A remote ice planet, Hoth’s temperatures dropped to -76F at night, which is nothing compared to Whole Body Cryotherapy at Restore, which drops the temperature down to -144F for 2-3 minutes. And as an added bonus, no wampa attacks! Restore’s Whole Body Cryotherapy can also optimize sleep, relieve minor pain and swelling, boost mood and energy, and promote healing!

Dagobah: Located in the Outer Rim Territories, Dagobah was home to the Jedi Master Yoda, who exiled himself there following a battle with Emperor Palpatine in “Revenge of The Sith.” Dagobah had two seasons: dry season and wet season. Though an average temperature is up for debate in the Star Wars universe, the dry season temperatures seem to mimic Restore’s Infrared Sauna, which can boost healing, optimize sleep, relieve minor pain and inflammation, and enhance mood. "Mud hole, slimy, my home this is,” said Yoda, a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.

Tatooine: But there’s more heat therapy in the Star Wars universe, continuing with Luke Skywalker’s home planet of Tatooine, which can see an average daily temperature of 130F. If we track Luke Skywalker’s path through the first trilogy, he’s essentially living the Hyper Wellness lifestyle, switching from hot to cold and getting exposure to natural stressors in the universe.

Kamino: If hydration is your thing, look no further than Kamino in the Star Wars universe. Home to vast oceans and torrential rains, Kamino hosts abundant life under its waters and perhaps best mirrors Restore’s IV Drip Therapy, which provides hydration and nourishment, and additionally boosts energy.

Mustafar: Home to Darth Vader’s castle, Mustafar also housed Darth Vader’s meditation chamber, which allows for Vader to live and breathe without his mask on, providing abundant oxygen to him. Within this chamber, Vader could recharge, recover, and repair, much like Restore’s Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy! “You don’t know the power of mHbot,” said Vader.

Okay, if you’ve made it this far, you are a true Jedi Master! Thanks for letting us explore the loose connections between Hyper Wellness and the Star Wars universe. And May the Fourth Be With You!
