Memberships require a 3-month commitment, and cancellations must be submitted with 30 days’ notice. Core Membership Credits expire at the end of each month. Level Up and Elevate Membership Credits expire 100 days from issuance. High Dose IV Drip Credit redemption is valid for 10g of Vitamin C or 1200mg of Glutathione only. All packages, IV Nutrient Packs and first-month Membership promotions are non-transferable and must be used at the studio from which they were purchased. Ask your Hyper Wellness Rep for more details!
