“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” was one of the longest running reality series in the U.S., shooting 280 episodes over 20 seasons and 14 years. It concluded in March of 2021, and just over a year later, a new show titled “The Kardashians” premiered on Hulu.

And as the season unfolded through twists and turns, a theme of wellness began to emerge. On episode five of the series, Kendall Jenner and friend Hailey Beiber underwent NAD + IV Drip Therapy.

"Things like this, they comfort me," says Jenner. "They help because it just makes me happy and I don't want anyone to judge me."

Jenner, a supermodel, professes a fondness for health and wellness several times throughout the episode, aided by Bieber. "I'm going to do NAD for the rest of my life and I'm never going to age," says Bieber.

So what is NAD+ IV Drip Therapy?

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) is an essential molecule in the body. NAD+ is a coenzyme of the Vitamin B3 that activates reactions after binding to protein molecules. As we age, NAD+ levels decrease within our bodies. Habits such as overeating and excessive alcohol consumption can also lead to a decline in NAD+. Low levels of NAD+ are linked to premature skin aging, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, heart disease, and vision loss. NAD+ infusions intend to increase the levels of NAD+ to help with the symptoms of aging caused by the body’s decline in NAD. The goal of NAD IV Drip Therapy is for the body to “clean house” of damaged cellular components so the baseline of cellular health is reset. A loading dose of 4 sessions is required, after which time you receive monthly maintenance sessions.

And it’s available at Restore Hyper Wellness.

But that wasn’t the only wellness play on “The Kardashians” this season. By the time the family gets to the season finale, the audience is introduced to Kendall Jenner’s “wellness room.” Inside the room, Jenner emerges from a Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber.

The supermodel adds that she stays in the hyperbaric chamber for an “hour or more,” adding before she just got out she was, “answering emails and then I was watching a Netflix show.”

Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is used to boost energy and healing, regain a cognitive edge and optimize sleep. Celebrity athletes such as Tim Tebow and Lebron James use mHbot to help with athletic recovery, and it’s gaining traction as an at-home daily habit in Hollywood, with actors such as Keanu Reeves and pop stars like Madonna using it. And now it’s a feature on “The Kardashians.”

“For the past couple years I’ve been, like, really just loving health,” says Jenner. Photos of her wellness room can be seen here
