Name: William Watts

Job title: Director of Restore Labs

Years with Restore: Six years

Otherwise known as employee #2, William “Bill” Watts arrived at Restore six years ago, and has progressed through Restore to become the director of Restore Labs. The innovation arm of Restore, Restore Labs focuses on the testing and trials of new and emerging wellness therapies.

Fortunately, Bill’s passion outside of Restore coincides with the services he helps test and trial. For the past 12 years, Bill has participated in various forms of mixed martial arts. More recently, Bill focuses on grappling; Brazilian jiu jitsu and wrestling, as well as instructing. And with Bill’s territory comes the need for athlete recovery, which fortunately brought him to Restore.

“The service we offer improves my energy, and helps me recover after injuries,” says Bill. “I honestly believe Restore has saved my life.” To that end, Bill typically takes one day a week to visit Restore for a recovery day, with an emphasis on Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHbot) and Red Light Therapy (PBM). “We have several services that seem to reduce the damage from traumatic brain injuries, namely mHBOT and PBM. Since using them, I’ve noticed an improved level of focus that I didn't even know I was missing. I'm incredibly grateful to have access to this technology.”

But Bill sees the big picture with Restore’s services, the same ones he’s helped fine tune since starting at Restore. “Restore is actively reducing pain and suffering, and changing lives. Being part of something greater than myself is very meaningful to me.”
