New Chief Operations Officer, VP of Marketing, and VP of Franchise Performance Join Restore
Austin, Texas—October 24, 2023—Restore Hyper Wellness, the nation’s largest provider of science-backed, personalized therapies with 225+ locations, today announced a significant expansion of the company’s Leadership Team.
Restore’s CEO, Steve Welch, is excited to share the new executives who have been added to Restore to help lead strategic planning and implementation of the company’s Operations, Marketing and Franchise Performance initiatives:
Benton Smith has joined Restore as Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Smith is the former CEO of CardMyYard and previously served as the VP of Operations for Anytime Fitness, The Cookie Place, and Cinnabon, with additional franchise leadership for Jamba Juice and Caribou Coffee.
“Using my 30 years of franchise experience to help lead operations for world-class franchise organizations, I am committed to bringing proven health and wellness solutions to every community using strategic initiatives," Benton Smith stated.
Howard Schaffer has accepted the position of Vice President of Marketing. Formerly the Chief Marketing Officer of Camp Gladiator, Mr. Schaffer brings over 15 years of digital marketing experience and has served in leadership positions at several startups throughout his 20+ year career.
“I am honored to lead and grow Restore's Marketing Team. Our commitment to delivering results to our Franchise partners has never been higher, and our methods have never been more dialed in. We’re digging into the data to deliver the most effective solutions to help our Franchise system grow their businesses," Mr. Schaffer stated.
John Paul (JP) Vaith has been named Restore’s Vice President of Franchise Performance. Before joining Restore, Mr. Vaith served as the Director of Franchise Support for Anytime Fitness. Mr. Vaith is a Certified Franchise Executive, the gold standard in franchise development.
