Whether you've heard about our therapiestreatments and want to learn more, or you're already a wellness aficionado and eager to try Restore, this bundle is tailored for you.

It includes a selection of our science-backed therapies for you to experience the Restore offering. Choose one of our Core Therapies and one Express Facial, and experience the new and improved Myers IV Drip. The best part? You can mix and match to sample the therapies that suit your wellness goals.

We believe optimal wellness is best achieved by combining complementary wellness treatments. Sure, you’ll benefit from a one-off session, but imagine the cumulative effect of layering these therapies and building them into a weekly routine.

Find out more about each below.

One Core Therapy

Our Core Therapies combine ancient techniques with cutting-edge technology to boost their effectiveness. Research-backed and efficient—some provide full benefits in just three minutes—they should be central to your wellness program.

No matter your health and wellness goals, there’s a Core Therapy to help you get there. Looking for deeper sleep and better energy? We’ve got you covered. Want to decrease the signs of aging and inflammation? We’ve got a therapy for that, too.

Here are our four Core Therapies to choose from:

Cryotherapy

Unless you’ve been living under a glacier, you’ll have heard of Cryotherapy. During a session, an intensive form of cold therapy, the body is submerged in a specialized Cryo Chamber cooled to sub-zero temperatures, with results that are impressively effective.

From better sleep and greater energy to sharper cognitive function, the potential benefits are extensive. 1,2  The treatment can also tackle inflammation and muscle soreness, helping to improve recovery time after exercise.3,4

Cryotherapy works by constricting blood vessels and diverting blood flow away from the extremities toward your vital organs. During this natural fight-or-flight response, the body increases its antioxidant capacity, oxygen and essential proteins.

The best part? All of this can be done in under three minutes. (And who doesn’t have three minutes to spare?) We suggest ending with Cryotherapy in most visits, because you’ll leave feeling even more refreshed and enjoy the benefits of your sessions.

With any of our therapies, consistency is essential to experience the full benefits. You can schedule Cryotherapy sessions as often as twice a day.

Red Light Therapy

Soak in the benefits of our Red Light Therapy, one of our most popular Core Therapies. This calming and rejuvenating modality uses low levels of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular processes.

The light energy is absorbed by mitochondria, also known as “the powerhouse of the cell”, which are linked to healing, energy production and overall well-being.

Benefits may include improved mood and energy, reduced pain and inflammation and increased collagen production for healthier skin.5,6,7

The session takes place in a private room with full-body red light panels. Clients often remove their clothes to maximize exposure to the light.

The relaxing therapy lasts 10-15 minutes, and regular sessions are recommended—aim for 3-5 weekly sessions for optimal results.

Infrared Sauna

Melt away tension with an Infrared Sauna session, designed to relieve stress, muscle soreness and minor pain.

During a session, infrared light waves increase the air temperature and gently heat your body. Infrared Saunas operate at a lower temperature compared to regular saunas, reaching between 110 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit, compared to 130 and 150. But don’t worry, you’ll still get your sweat on.

Benefits of this therapy may include stress reduction, increased circulation and cardiovascular health, reduced pain and inflammation and improved skin health.8 These sessions are perfect for those seeking athletic recovery or wanting to improve cardiovascular health.

Sessions last 30-45 minutes and regular use is recommended, with 3-5 weekly sessions to experience the full benefits.

Compression

Compression Therapy offers a relaxing experience similar to a massage. There’s no need to be intimidated by the equipment; just sit back and relax into it.

At Restore, we utilize Normatec 2.0 compression technology. This system includes “sleeves” that wrap around the arms and “booties” that cover the legs and hips if requested. These gently inflate with pressurized air to loosen and stimulate different areas of the body.

Compression Therapy enhances blood flow to targeted regions, delivering more oxygen and nutrients where they are needed most. This may accelerate post-exercise recovery, reduce aches and boost athletic performance. One study showed that Compression Therapy effectively aids recovery by decreasing Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) and thigh swelling after exercise, while also improving overall recovery perception.9

The Therapy lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. Don’t worry—you can adjust the pressure level to fit your comfort and needs, and you can listen to music or catch up on your favorite shows. Why not try Compression Therapy while receiving your IV Drip? Many clients combine the two for maximum relaxation and efficiency.

Depending on your needs, we recommend up to five weekly sessions for maximum results.

One New Myers Drip

We get it. Life can be busy and intense, especially at this time of year. Whether you’re feeling stressed, depleted or scattered, the New Myers IV Drip can help you reset and feel on top of life again.

This potent infusion of essential nutrients is designed to help your body reset at the cellular level to help combat stress, fatigue and inflammation. Sounds good, right?

The nutrients include:

  • Glutathione: A critical antioxidant that helps fight free radicals and protect the nervous system.10
  • Magnesium: Maintaining optimum Magnesium levels helps to promote relaxation of the mind and body.11
  • Zinc: A crucial mineral to support immune function and decrease infection risk.12
  • 2x Vitamin C: A double dose boosts antioxidant properties, also neutralizes the harmful free radicals generated by stress.13
  • B Complex - Chronic stress can drain the body's B-complex vitamin stores. Maintaining sufficient levels through a balanced diet or supplements might help reduce the harmful effects of stress on the body.14

IV Therapy sessions take 60-90 minutes. So sit back, relax and absorb that goodness.

One Express Facial

And finally, our Restore bundle includes an Express HydroPeptide Facial that’ll leave you feeling (and looking) incredible in just 45 minutes.

For the unacquainted, a HydroPeptide facial is a top-tier treatment using advanced skincare techniques, the latest technology and a combination of peptides and concentrated botanicals to give the best results.

We have three HydroPeptide Facials available as part of the Restore Bundle.* These include:

HydroGlow Skin Brightening Facial

Get the glow with our HydroGlow Skin Brightening Facial. The luxurious facial features hero ingredient Vitamin C and benefits may include reduced hyperpigmentation, balanced skin tone and brighter skin.

The treatment starts with a gentle cleansing gel, followed by an exfoliating cleanser and a balancing toner to prepare the skin. A facial massage infused with Vitamin C delivers antioxidants, followed by an anti-aging balm. Then, a patented mask containing pure Vitamin C is applied for 10-15 minutes for ultimate relaxation. And breathe.

A finale of hydrating serums, eye and lip treatments, customized moisturiser and solar defense round out the facial.

It’s recommended to repeat the facial every 3-4 weeks for best results.

Moisture Infusion Ultra-Hydrating Facial

Get ready to shine with this refreshing facial. The HydroPeptide Moisture Infusion Ultra-Hydrating Facial can improve radiance, plump the skin barrier and—yes, you guessed it—lead to a more hydrated complexion.

The facial combines gentle exfoliation from papaya, pumpkin, and honey extracts with powerful antioxidants to hydrate and smooth. Collagen-boosting peptides, caviar extract, and Vitamin E plump your skin for a luxurious glow.

Where does all that hydration come from? A triple-weight hyaluronic acid, which helps reduce fine lines and enhances moisture retention by hydrating multiple layers of skin. A hydro-gel mask boosts collagen production, while biomimetic peptides promote cell health. Finally, triluronic acid (a blend of three hyaluronic acids) penetrates deep to improve firmness, leaving your skin plump and revitalized.

It’s recommended to repeat the facial every 3-4 weeks for best results.

HydroPeptide Oxygen Facial

If you want to target signs of aging, hyperpigmentation or acne, look no further than our HydroPeptide Oxygen Facial.

This innovative treatment uses advanced skincare technology, peptides and oxygen to stimulate collagen and promote healthy skin cell renewal. It features an impressive two-step oxygenating process that boosts collagen synthesis and brightens the complexion.

The oxygenating therapy works its magic by temporarily increasing skin permeability—this leads to better absorption of serums and moisturizers, but most of all the signature HydroPeptide Moisture Infusion Treatment Mask for intensive brightening.

If that wasn’t enough, LED light therapy is also used to amplify these benefits.

You can repeat this treatment weekly or monthly.
